FPA says "PHP supports J4 - YES" so the core site would be OK, but it doesn't mean there aren't extensions that need looking at. In fact, the system requirements recommended PHP is 8.2.x https://manual.joomla.org/docs/next/get ... uirements/
The Pre-update check in J3.10 (the only version you update to J4) should have flagged any potential problems of extension compatibility with J4.
But as already mentioned, restore the site and try again. Perhaps drop the PHP to 8.1 or 8.0 (whatever you might have available on your webhost).
FPA doesn't indicate Akeeba or any backup tool installed, so I don't know how, or if you did a backup.
